Wedding Bells (by Natacha)

Hello again,

I have really enjoyed making this little cross-stitch for my friend Lucy in view of her wedding this year. I have used the model of letters from a Christmas DMC pattern.  I have also reproduced the model of the heart all in pale grey and pale blue and finished with a simple cross-stitch grey border. I was pleased to find a standard size frame. Why not make candles as a wedding present too? Natacha

J’ai réalisé, avec bonheur, ce petit ouvrage au point de croix à l’occasion du mariage de mon amie Lucy qui a eu lieu cette année. L’abécédaire et le cœur proviennent d’un modèle (sur le thème de Noël) de chez DMC  (photo ci-jointe). Ils sont réalisés dans les tons de gris perle et bleu pâle.  J’ai fini l’ouvrage par une petite bordure grise, au point de croix.  Puis j’ai fabriqué trois bougies aux couleurs assorties à la broderie.
